How great is it when an interview guest shows up in character? Hats off to kc dyer, wearing what must be a true vintage pair of deely-boppers (eBay, I’m guessing?) and Kathy Chung. kc is the current Conference Coordinator of the Surrey International Writer’s Conference, and Kathy will be taking over as of 2010.
kc’s book “A Walk Through a Window” (Doubleday, 2009, ISBN 978-0-385-66637-4) is written for teens. The story of Darby, a young girl stuck in a small town in Eastern Canada for the summer with her grandparents, weaves through time travel and tragedy as it draws young readers into a story rich in Canadian history and intriguing personal relationships.
